Elaine discovered Bikram yoga in January, 2006 and has never looked back. She found that hot yoga was the only thing that helped to relieve a stressful life and became totally immersed in its practice. So much so, that she decided she would share her love of yoga and its many benefits. She completed 200 hours of teacher training at Yoga Source in 2014. Elaine practices Hatha Yoga style, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, and her journey can be expressed in this quote, “Yoga has changed my life. The change felt hard at first, but now I can face what is really hard because of the change.”
